If you wish to cancel a booking, you need to contact a member of our team Vivre en France. If your cancellation takes place seven days before your arrival, then you will get a full refund on the banking account you used for booking.

If you cancel seven days before your arrival, you will get a full refund.
If you cancel less than seven days before, you will be reimbursed 50% of the total amount and if you cancel the very day of your arrival, you will be reimbursed 20% of the total amount.
