For owners (Host)
Vivre en France takes responsibility for the time and the management of your real estate. Indeed, we manage the entirety of the process, from promoting your property to renting it out.
Before the stay:
- defining together your expectations (incomes, availability, equipment, renovation,…)
- establishing a business plan (distribution channels, target customers, the type of lease, …) You can see different types of rental if you click on the tab called « Our services ».
- photographing your property and maximizing its visibility to attract potential tenants.
- creating and publishing an ad on various websites (in English and French)
- managing reservations and questions about your accommodation
During the stay:
- assisting tenants by telephone
- interacting with the tenants

For travelers (Guest)

If you wish to create more income without commitment, a seasonal rental will be your ally, this type of rental is very flexible and you can get the keys to your accommodation at any time.
Medium length rental
Medium length rental, thanks to the lease of mobility in cities where the demand is high! Many professionals that travel a lot are interested in this type of rental. This is ideal for the tenant because they don’t need to pay a security deposit. It also meets the needs of the owner since payment risks are low.
